My first question (forwarded by a coworker)  is in response to the AAP's Guide
to your Child's Nutrition book.  On page 19  covering myths of breastfeeding
it states one myth is that "sexual arousal while breastfeeding is abnormal."
The Fact it states is "Many women experience sexual arousal while nursing."
It goes on to say why breastfeeding is sexually arousing.  Well ... I've
talked and heard lots of women who breastfeed and only maybe once or possibly
twice have I heard mentioned "sexual arousal" while breastfeeding.  Would it
be more accurate to say Some women instead of Many women?

Second question ... There is a small rural hospital in southwest Mississippi
that is very interested in applying for BFH status but cannot come up with the
money for the application ($500.00) and then if they receive the designation
the fee of $3,000.00.  Does anyone know of grants that can be applied for to
cover this cost?  How have other financially challenged hospitals found the
