I have not found it to be that way at all.  In fact, I acted as a guest
expert there for 2 weeks (they sought me out), and of course everything I
wrote was VERY pro breastfeeding and I never got one word from anyone about
the "guilt" issue, no censoring at all.

Perhaps things have changed for the better! :)
