For someone, maybe a long term breastfeeder/promoter, you  can make a plate 
that says "Love to Lactate": 
 
in Virginia, go to the DMV's "Create Your Plate" page, under the 'Special  
Interest' category, choose the option for "Family/Children Fund - Heart" the  
plate has a *red heart* on the far left, then just add 
 
2LACT8 
 
I tried it, it fits on the plate
