   In all fairness to physicians, some of the responsibility for their
practice methods must be borne by the parents who want to be "given
something" to make thier child better. Parents who insist that the physician
DO SOMETHING.....

    Unfortunately sometimes there is nothing to DO but to let the system heal
itself/

    breastfeeding is tough as most physicians don't know how to help... they
probably would if they could but the don't know how... and admitting that
they don't know is a very scary position... not just for physicians.


     realize too that many do not know that we exist/who we are or what we do
{maybe this is someting our professional organization should work on!}
