This question has been asked of me and I am afraid that I wasn't able to
answer it very well. Perhaps some of you can help me with an answer.
Step #9 in the Ten Steps to Becoming Baby Friendly, states: Give no
atrificial teats or pacifiers to breastfeeding infants.
Why wouldn't finger feeding be considered an artificial teat?
