Could those of you using donor milk in your units share protocols for surgical bowel babies? Close to term baby born with gastroschisis. Repaired but still NPO. Mom is young and does not want to pump despite many requests. I would like to start this baby on donor milk but it is not a baby who fits our protocol. How long would you have this baby on donor milk?
