My apologies if this is a repeat post.

In an unannounced vote, the New Jersey Senate passed the Breastfeeding in
Public Bill on Tuesday, March 25, 1997 by a vote of 38-0.

The next (and hopefully final) step is the Assembly vote.  The information I
have is that the Assembly will not vote on this measure until possibly their
next regular session which will be in early May.

Breastfeeding supporters should now focus on contacting the speaker of the
Assembly for an early posting of the bill, and then their respective
Assembly-people for their continued support.
