Very different. The 780 mg short chain omega 3 will convert into about
10 mg long chain (the kind in fish oil) Omega 3.
Typing on my phone is very laborious so hopefuly someone will give the
more detailed information.
I encourage women to supplement EPA and DHA from fish oil in ratios
that occur in wild fish: generally more DHA than EPA. The amount of
O3's and O6s from dietary fat is also a consideration.

3 caps per day is a reasonable dose. Most are unwilling to take more,
though in women prone to depression and anxiety, it is especially
worth considering.
Vitamin d supplementation should also be considered to bring levels up
to 55-80 ng/mL (ie middle of the reference range)
