It in deed can be the peanut butter; nuts are a huge allergen and a  
sensitivity is common as well. When my mothers have to eliminate one item we  
frequently have to cut out many and then add them back in one at a time. However  you 
say she has eliminated dairy yet she is eating an english muffin and then  
pb&j and then tuna; all of these typically will have a dairy derivative  within 
them. Elimination diets can be as simple as cutting back or as complex as  
learning labels like you are deathly allergic. Any amount of milk can be the  
culprit; it sounds like she really is not dairy free. However acidy stools do  
scream that baby is reacting to some sort of food. Good luck, I have lots of  
recipes if you would like more and tons of hints you can email me personally for  
as they are far too many to post.

who was dairy, nut, citrus, egg, and mostly soy free for 8 months with 3  
y.o. son and egg and nut free with current 5 month  old
