For those of you who are on compuserve the medline library as well as several
others are available by using the Go Command. This is under the Services Menu.
Type in Papercase or "GO PAPERCHASE" and this places you into the medline area.
Carefully read all instructions. Medline is an extra cost feature. $18/hr for
off peak times and $24/hr for on Peak times. With a careful and well though out
search you can perfom your search for under $3-. You can download the articiles
you want and then read the abstracts off-line It also has a very useful and very
expensive option of letting you request photocopy of  articiles. The fee is $12
for surface delivery and $25 for Fedex or Fax delivery. (Probably useful for
speakers). These articiles are sent from Boston.
        I've used this medline a few times and it really delivers when you need
