My fellow LC who died nearly 2 years ago from breast cancer was
taking 8 oz of breastmilk daily.  While other labs were "off", her
white count stayed very good and she didn't have other infections.
She felt it was definitely due to the breastmilk.  She was driving
and doing some work 3 days before she died, so quality of end of
life was certainly better than for many such patients.
