Have you tried tongue exercises?  Drops of EBM on lip to encourage bringing
tongue over lip?  This usually helps if done a few times a day.  What about
the possibility of dermatitis of the nipple?  We had a mom that complained
the same way for months.  It didn't look like your typical dermatitis.  Just
pink and sore nipples.  Her Dr. perscribed Aquacort and it did wonders.  Good
