Hi all!

I have just been asked to formulate competencies for our hospital's lactation
nurses.  We have 2 IBCLC's and 3 CLE's.  Also competencies for the staff
nurse's breastfeeding knowledge.  Anyone out there with experience in doing
this?  Help!
