 plugged ducts.  But I have a current client who began the lecethin about a
 week ago and now has another plugged duct.  Could it be that it takes time
 to be effective?

 Have any of you found anything else that helps in such cases.  Her baby is
 4 months old and she has been bothered with the plugged ducts from the
 beginning.  Baby is growing very well and there have been no sore nipples.

I have found that homeopathic remedy phytolocca decandra, 30C taken every
twenty minutes for 2 hours and then every 3 hrs rest of that 24 hrs; then,
4x/day day two; twice/day, day 3, then once day four (or discontinue after
day three) works and works quickly and well.  This is from mothers (just a
few) who have used it upon my recommendation (I read Castro's or Ullman's
book description to them).  One mom, my neighbor, used it several times over
the course of breastfeeding for two yrs., always with good results; she once
had a sore throat when she had a plugged duct and that was healed, too! (It
is specific for sore throat and swellings of all kinds).
