And look to see what is happening in baby's mouth! Posterior tongue tie (or any tongue tie) upper lip tie? Both can make milk transfer difficult to occur at a rate that is conducive to growth. Most difficult is when mother has breast issues and baby has oral issues and both need to be addressed when baby is gaining well - agree - feed the baby.
