I had thought that the reason its best to separate taking antibiotics from
the acidophilus was that the broad-spectrum antibiotics would kill the
acidophilus, rather than the other way around -- after all, that's why we
recommend the acidophilus, bc the drug has killed off the gut's good flora,
yes?    But that just makes it a waste, rather than dangerous.
