Amen to Dr. Newman for another lucid post about this issue.  I have been
wondering, in the adolescents with necrotic lung tissue from aspiration,
discovered on autopsy, how in the world did they determine that the
aspiration was during infancy?  It could have been any time prior to the
autopsy, right?
