I assumed not, especially when they switched to the section, "what is being done to
help" which clearly showed a circle of women, some pregnant, one breastfeeding (and not
such a tiny babe:-)).
The children I saw were suffering fevers and had open sores.
Now, this is not to say that no one breastfeeds there.  I'm sure that the video was
designed to get you to open your purse to help.  The tiny babies missing mothers milk
have to have looked the saddest.  A laction consultant would be well employed at an area
such as this one.  *That* is what I eluded to.  Thanks for asking for clarification!
