Recommendations which we have used in this
area for a number of years is 24 hours after
thawing (keep in refrigerator until realdy to use).
However, we may still have it at room temp.
about 3-4 hours if running in a continuous
drip setup.

The 24 hrs. is what is currently recommended
by HMBNA, I'm quite sure, as we just updated
all this based on their documentation and the
current research.  The room temp. time for
drip feeding is flying by the seat of our pants,
haven't had any identifiable negative consequences,
but I don't think that part is research based.
