I agree with Pat.  The c-section rate is so out of control.  A positive
B-strep is not a reason for a section.  We give 3 doses of antibiotics 4
hours apart.  If we only get 2 doses in, the baby gets a CBC,  if we get
none or just one dose, they will also do a blood culture on the infant.  A
fever in mom is no reason to separate her from her infant.
