Dear Friends:
    I want to share this case with a few thousand friends.
    This first-time mother, aged 46, was referred to me.  A "miracle baby",
is what the mother called her new daughter. They got through the intial
challenges of the first week pretty well.  When things were going well, and
mom was confident, we parted company.
    Two days ago she called, in trouble. Baby clenching, very fast weight
gain, baby comes off breast sputtering and angry, very unsettled baby who
"seems to have forgotten how to latch", explosive poops and mom ready to quit
because of pain.  This mom has an oversupply!
