A strong reminder.

You may not use the LACTNET list of names for advertising purposes. In other
words, don't go in, lift the list, and then send a bulk e-mail
advertisement.  This is against our rules. First time gets a  warning.
Second time will result in permanent dismissal from Lactnet.  Kathleen
