Land's End makes some really sweet-looking mastectomy swimsuits, with
pockets for prostheses.  This mom may wish to get a prosthetic, even is just
for swimsuits.

(I, personally, would probably just not care...but then, I'm really sort of
flippant when it comes to swimsuits and what our society "expects" vs. what
real bodies look like, so I can't really put myself in this woman's shoes.)

By the way, thanks to all who responded to my question about pumping during
the IBCLC exam.  I'm back to wondering whether I should hit it hard and try
to get in enough hours this year so I can sit next summer, or wait until
2009.
