Commands to the computer (ie to set yourself Nomail or Digest) go to
[log in to unmask]  Anyone who pays per message received via
internet might want to send the command SET LACTNET DIGEST so that messages
will be compacted and sent in that form. Saves money. Each digested note, by
the way, has approximately 300 lines of LACTNET notes...In other words, the
computer generates a digest version of LACTNET whenever 300 lines are
received from subscribers, or daily at midnight, whichever comes first.
