In response to Winnie's posting, I think the earlier on we meet the better. Saturday seems to be the best time, before the actual conference begins. If everyone is planning on arriving early on, then we could make lunch the time we meet because lunch is on our own. (8:30 to 16:00 is the World Assembly). 16:00 til 18:00 is the Orientation program and a meeting for those from outside the USA. So between the two could be a possibility.  We could meet at 4 or 4:30 p.m. for an hour just to see who is who and who is there! Since the World Assembly takes place in the Grand Ballroon, whaddya say we meet there after the end of the Assembly. Those who went to the WA would just stay on, and those who did not participate can make their way there. How does that sound????? I hope I have caught everyones email address, those who replied to my inquiry. If there are others, I am compiling the list so you can reply to my e-mail.
