FELLOW LACTNETTERS,  What's the latest on breastfeeding with silicone
implants?  I've always counseled it was OK.  I have a mom who was told by an
LC in Texas that under no circumstances should she even consider it.  She
didn't with that child, though she had with a previous child.  Now with her
third she wants to again.  Because of her concern she would like to have a
test to see if they are leaking.  Anyone know of such a test?  I suppose the
milk could be analyzed, couldn't it?
