As a hospital based LC, I have wondered about using a nipple everter. The
conversations about their use was interesting. Would you need a formal
doctor's order and/or consent from the mom to use it?  I don't think my
doc's would have a clue about it, but sometimes checking up front first may
be a safe route. Seems like any kind of intervention we use these days,
even though they are common sense or simple, may need some type of coverage
in the chart.  I am interested in how it is approached in other hospital
settings.
