Taking into consideration the long-standing history of this mom's complaints,
I like your suggestion of just to breast on the left, and pump right as
tolerated. What physical basis for this complaint? Maybe some unseen anatomy
variation, congenital or acquired. If desired to investigate, would a sono be
a good method? If she would be willing to tolerate palpation, it would be
interesting to see if that right nipple retracts on compression.
