This was forwarded to me via the Breastfeeding Committee for Canada:

"This is a notice about the forthcoming National Children's study that will
follow 100,000 children pre-birth through age 21 to determine the
environmental influences on health and development. You will note it is
being sponsored by a consortium of national agencies.

Also of interest is the opportunity to participate in the study sections
that are developing variables to be studied. It is open to anyone and will
be in Baltimore in mid Dec. http://www.circlesolutions.com/ncs/ This will
be a landmark study like Framingham and since it begins prenatally, those
interested in childbirth, breastfeeding etc. would want to make certain
these variables get included in the study."
