I tell moms there is a trade off.  Most first time moms have more trouble
with engorgement and fewer afterbirth contractions.  2nd time or more moms
have more afterbirth contractions and less engorgement (like breasts sort
of know what they are supposed to do this time).  But I'm sure every multip
on this list can agree that those contractions after the baby hurt!  A
little tylenol or motrin and tincture of time fixes it.  The problem is in
today's world no one wants to put up with ANY pain and everyone wants
INSTANT answers and solutions.  Tincture of time is very old fashioned :-(
