I would say absolutely!!  This is from personal experience only.  I too keep
acidophilus in the refrigerator when the ductal yeast pain starts and when
experimenting on myself I would also say "I think I might be getting a ductal
yeast infection; however, I'm not going to do anything just to see what
happens".  A couple of days later I notice a diaper rash on my little one.  I
start treatment and we both feel better.
