Of course, those who know for sure are deceased, but it is often said of Saddam Hussein that he was notably NOT breastfed, not raised by his mother but primarily by his uncle.  Furthermore, he reportedly sought men who were not breastfed to serve as guards and henchmen because he thought men who were breastfed were too soft-hearted. To Muslims, the addition of "by your mother's breast" or "as your mother gave you milk" makes a plea for charity or mercy even more difficult to resist.  

BTW, if my (Muslim) husband wants to say that someone is stupid (a politician, for example) he will sometimes say, "This guy wasn't breastfed."
