I checked http://www.addall.com and it seems that Amazon has the paperback
version, though they list a 5-7 week shipping time. Half.com has the hardcover,
shipping much faster.

Then I checked AddAll's used section, and not a single copy showed up! So I'd go
with either Amazon or half.com.
