Not only does this pump often have problems getting the milk out, it is hugely expensive! So women are paying MORE money for a substandard pump. It is infuriating. My heart sinks when I see a woman I am working with pull one out, becauase I know there is a good possibility that I will have to point out that she has a less than adequate pump, and they will have to fork over even more money to get breastfeeding to work for them. Also, it seems to work better with the soft shield it is sold with, but the company doesn't make that shield in larger sizes. What's up with that, and while we are on the subject....why is there no size 33 shield at all????
