Hi Laura,

I had a similar experience, but with less widespread pain; it was only
around the cysts. Before giving birth to first, I had known for a while that
there were small lumps in my breasts (RT: 5 o'clock; LT: 7 o'clock). They
were checked and were simply benign cysts. However, upon lactation, they did
cause pain, usually at MER and when very full. I presumed it was the
pressure from milk and the MER pressing on the cysts and/or nerves
associated with them. I did not have any other symptoms, and the pain went
away as supply dwindled.

Wendy
