I received a cryptic invitation from about something called the Whittlestone.  I looked in the red edition of Ruth Lawrence and it showed a "compression pump" with flanges that press the milk out.  

Does anyone who's been in the business a long time know anything about this pump?  Have you ever had a mother with long nipples or inverted nipples use it?  How well did it work?
