  This is no surprise. I'd say the vast majority of engorgement due to
the Not Breastfeeding Decision resolves on its own within three days
anyway. So this mom paid an extra $30 for something her body did
naturally. Any extra relief she obtained, since she was using cabbage
leaves also, was probably pretty minimal for the price.
