Unfortunately, in my extreme busy-ness of late, I glanced at the new by-laws
and threw them away.  I simply don't have time to keep up with everything and
detest political "stuff".  I just want to help people.

However, after reading your post, I'm regretting throwing them out.  How can
I register protest?
