Anecdotally, I experienced nausea, dizziness, jitteriness & hot flashes  in
the early days of bf all three kids.  Much worse when tandem nursing.

I have also experienced hypoglycemic episodes when not bf & felt these to be
very similar.  I thought that they were correlated w/ times when I hadn't
eaten recently or when I was doing heavy physical work, then sat down to bf.
