questions:

        the aap piece that meg quotes says that the woman pu t the baby to
breast... was there transfer of fluid?

         put to bare breast?

         is this woman lactating? ( if so where is her baby?)

         is there time for latch and milk transfer before mom complains? (
baby's are not always so quick to latch or suckle)

         i hear the concern about passage of... but we have not established
passage of anything...
