Dear Friends: I have been silent because I was readmitted to the hospital
due to a serious staph infection of my wound site (requiring IV
antibiotics, a contrast CT, and nasty debrading of the site). This
complication has made life incredibly difficult with 3 small children. I
will read LNs as I am able, but if you have specific questions for me (it's
not a bother), please send them privately. One thing that keeps me going
is knowing that somewhere, somehow, I'm still needed. My relatives
suggested that my bf my 11 mo old was "too taxing", but honestly, it's one
of the few things that keeps my life normal and allows me to keep
mothering.

Also, I'll be sending any promised snail mail from my bed side, so keep
your eyes open for anything I've recently promised. Thanks for your
understanding.
Chris
