Hi new LIST!

 I am the clinical nurse manager of a Women's Service in a large
community hospital. We do about 3000 deliveries a year. Last year I
inherited the Mother Baby unit and the Newborn Nursery after managing
Labor and Delivery for 8 years. I have been given this absolutely
fabulous opportunity to develop my dream of a "bonding bundle" initiated
at birth and designed to enhance the family process. I have 2 IBCLC's
and in one year we have done a great job of improving our nurses'
responses to breastfeeding. 

I have joined the LIST in order to peruse the archives for data
collections done in the past by list members.

I want to make breastfeeding and bonding my performance improvement
project but ofcourse, data and proving better outcomes is crucial.

So if I do not find anything in the archives I will post some queries
and pray that I can receive some helpful direction.
