Never heard of this one.  Any reason *this* drug must be used?  After
all, you can treat UTI's with amoxycillin, ampicillin, nitrofurantoin,
gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, and many others which *are*
compatible with breastfeeding.

Ignore the package insert.  It *always* says the drug is not
compatible with breastfeeding.
