Horse-feathers! I have been on a fat free diet due to a pending gallbladder
surgery for a few months about 12 years ago. My 5 month old baby did not bat
an eyelid. Continued to nurse just fine. Did not loose any weight too. I
have a friend, who has been on a fat-free diet for years due to the
gallbladder problems. She has had at least 5 more kids and sucsessfully
nursed four of them. The two year-old she is nursing now is huge and happy.
