this is how i calculated it:
10 mls as a first feed compared to 8 oz (240 mls) drink for an adult
60 mls for a too-big first feed compares to 48 oz (1440 mls) for an adult (
1.5 quarts)

the math equation is this
10 is to 60 as 240 is to 1440
