Clarification on High Calorie Formulas

The "formula" I have is for mixing powdered ABM with breast milk.
One level teaspoon (5cc) of ABM powder to 3 ounces of breast milk for 24
cal/ounce (30cc)
or
One teaspoon of ABM powder and one teaspoon of polycose powder to 3 ounces
of milk for 27 cal/oz
Can refrigerate for 24 hours if using thawed milk for 48 hours if using
freshly expressed milk.

I once used the 24 cal to supplement a neonate and for a recent baby with
heart disease used a 60 cal/teaspoon supplement called Doucal.
