Subject: Birth Weight constant from birth to day 15

PTP: Mom exclusively breastfeeding baby at day 15 day. Baby was born at 3.1 kg. Dint appear to loose weight after birth. Day 3, day 5, day 7, day 10, day 13 and day 15 weighted 3.1 kg again weighted in different weighting machines shows same. Baby appears to be well hydrated with 7 diapers and 5 to 6 breastmilk stools. This no changing weight chart has stumped me. Has anyone else seen this?

Thank you for your insights in advance.
