In the spirit of controversy (I seem to be good at that these days) I
wondered what thoughts my list mates had on the following story:

A Mom goes to day care mid-day to breastfeed her baby.  Another 11 month old
is there and is distressed.  Mom comforts this baby by breastfeeding him.
How would you respond to the radio listeners who called in saying she should
go to jail?

My response was that I would be angry at someone if they fed my infant
formula or any other food for that matter without my consent but I would not
seek to incarcerate that person.

BTW, the radio host was actually "friendly" in that he thought breastfeeding
was best but that he was concerned about possible disease transmission.
There were no idiotic jokes for a change.
