Ann, you wrote "Those of us who took the exam in 1989 are being given the
choice this year of recertification by exam or by having 75 educational
hours, 1000 hours of documented practice, and two letters from supervisors
or someone who can attest to the 1000 hours of practice."

Do you have to have acquired these 75 CE hours and 1000 hours of practice
during the previous *five* years, or the previous *ten* years???  And if you
work in private practice, who can attest to your hours - wondering if will
my log book do??
