**Hello all,

My mail from this morning didn't get through; I got a reply it was delayed
and later on, not delivered at all.
Frenula is right, frenae is not. Frenulum or frenum are both words ending
on -um, which means they end in plural at -a.
This was my text from this morning:

**Latin words ending on -um in single have plurals ending
on -a (aquarium/aquaria). Latin (female) words ending on -a in single have
plurals ending on -ae (puella/puellae (girl, daughter/girls, daughters)).

Regards,

Marianne Vanderveen, Netherlands (and after 25 years still enjoying her five
years Latin at highschool, esp. considering all the medical terminology ;-))
